Summary

Storyline
Twenty-five years after humanity's hard-won victory over the Locust, the reformed Coalition of Ordered Governments, led by First Minister Jinn, rules with an increasingly authoritarian hand. J.D. Fenix, son of war hero Marcus Fenix, and his friend Del have deserted the COG in protest of its harsh policies and joined the Outsiders, a community living beyond its control led by Reyna. To help their struggling village, J.D., Del, and Reyna's daughter Kait raid a COG settlement, only to draw the wrath of Jinn. Soon after, a terrifying and unknown enemy begins abducting villagers in the night. Desperate and out of options, J.D. reluctantly seeks out his estranged father Marcus, pulling the old soldier back into a fight against a menace that threatens humanity once again.
