Carrion is a reverse-horror game that casts the player as the monster rather than its victim. A red, amorphous, tentacled creature of unknown origin awakens inside a research facility run by a company called Relith Science, where it has been held and studied in containment. Breaking free, it slithers through vents and corridors, hunting the scientists and soldiers who stand between it and the outside world. As it devours its way deeper into the complex, the creature reclaims stolen fragments of its own genetic code, evolving new and terrifying abilities while uncovering fragments of how it came to be imprisoned.
