The house is no ordinary mansion. Through a strange technique called drafting, its forty-five known rooms can be conjured and rearranged, so its layout is reborn anew each day. As Simon navigates the ever-shifting halls in search of that elusive final room, he uncovers scattered clues to the estate's history and to the wider world beyond it, a low-fantasy realm where airships are commonplace and old secrets run deep.
